There once was a transient

I’m originally from California but now live in Lima, Peru where I run Beyond Volunteering. I’ve traveled (and continue to – the travels never end!) throughout Peru and South America. This is a blog dedicated to my adventures, observations, and the beauty of being in a consistent state of transience. To all you travelers out there (active or by heart), SALUD! (CHEERS!)

You can read about all my adventures and tales @ www.southamericantranscient.blogspot.com.

  1. Hi Andreas,

    Happy Birthday (a day late)!
James and I are sitting here enjoying your video blog. I don’t know what is more remarkable, my cousin Costa sliding down a sand dune or the town that looks like it was literally dropped in the middle of nowhere. Extreme Sand Dune running looks like a lot of fun. You need to have your own show!

    Love, Nona
